LEADING THE WAY

Receive an instant certificate of completion once you are registered with your attendee account and the instructor marks you as attended, or you self-confirm with an event code; for on-demand courses, you will receive it two hours after you finish watching or listening and pass the quiz.
Credit reporting to applicable governing bodies occurs the next business day, provided your license or membership number is on your profile, your attendance occurred within 30 days of the event, and the governing body requires the provider to report credits.

THE CHALLENGE

Getting your certificates, tracking your credits, keeping your record. None of it should be this hard.

Continuing education is supposed to prove you did the work. Instead, getting the certificate is a wait, tracking the credit is a chore, and holding onto your own record falls entirely on you. Here is what attendees deal with today.

The certificate and credit hunt

You attended the events. Getting the paperwork is the problem. Once a session wraps, your proof scatters across emails, folders, and instructors you barely remember, and it stays lost until a renewal deadline or an audit forces you to go digging for it.

The promotional emails never stop

Sign up with one course library and the marketing follows. Your inbox fills with offers from platforms you used once, and unsubscribing from each is its own chore.

Your completion passes through too many hands

An instructor collects a sign-in sheet, hands it to someone in the office or a third party, and eventually a certificate is issued or a credit is reported. Every handoff is a chance for your name to be missed, your credit to be delayed, or your record to never arrive at all.

Matching credits to your licenses is guesswork.

You hold licenses with specific state board(s), each with its own requirements. Figuring out which events and courses actually satisfy those requirements means checking rules board by board, course by course, with no easy way to see what counts.

A name change means starting over

Change your name and the certificates you already earned no longer match your credentials. Getting each one reissued turns a simple life event into a paperwork project.

Firms cannot see where anyone stands.

Without a shared dashboard, a firm has no clean view of who is on track and who is short. Credit status lives in individual inboxes, so managers chase people, people chase certificates, and no one has the full picture until it is late.

THE SOLUTION

1

Create your free attendee account

Start by registering for an upcoming event, taking an on-demand course, or entering an event code a presenter gave you at the end of a live session.

2

Keep your profile up-to-date

Update your profile with your licenses and memberships numbers. That is what makes credit reporting and tracking seamless. You also will be able to look up events and courses that meet your specific credit requirements.

3

Your dashboard

Sign in to see your events, courses, event details, instructor name and contact information, provider information, and credits reported. Download individual certificates, leave feedback on the quality of each event, and export certificates in bulk for any date range, anytime.

Best Practice

Always register with your attendee account. That way you are the one making sure your information is accurate, and every event and credit ties back to the right record.

Tip: To self-confirm your attendance so you do not have to wait on the instructor, ask the instructor for an event code and enter it here after the event.

WAYS TO EARN CREDITS

More than one way to stay current.

There is more than one way to keep your credentials current. Register for a live event, take a course on demand, or browse the full library whenever it suits you.

DO YOU HOST LUNCH-AND-LEARNS AT YOUR FIRM?

If you set up the sessions, not just attend them, there is more here for you.

Plenty of attendees are also the ones who organize continuing education for the office. You book the presenter, chase the sign-in sheet, and make sure everyone gets credit.

Managing the providers is half the work. You field emails from reps, track who is scheduled and who canceled, and repeat the cycle every time a new manufacturer wants a slot, all of it living in your inbox.

CEU Events Places puts that in one place. List your firm as a host location, let providers find you, and run in-house sessions through the same platform that records attendance and tracks everyone's credits automatically.

Trusted by leading brands across industries
Is the attendee account really free?
Yes. Creating an account, tracking your credits, and downloading your certificates are free for attendees.
Will CEU Events send me marketing emails?

No. CEU Events does not market to you. The only messages you receive from us are system and event notifications, such as a certificate being ready or a membership or license number coming back invalid.

Which credentials can I track?

Over 100 licensing boards and associations, including AIA, IDCEC, and state licensing boards. Add your license and membership numbers to your profile, and your completed courses are matched to the credentials they count toward.

How quickly do I get my certificate?

Instantly, when you are registered with your account and the instructor marks you as attended or you self-confirm with an event code. On-demand courses issue a certificate about two hours after you finish the course and pass the quiz.

How quickly is my credit reported to the governing body?

One business day, when your license or membership number is on your profile, your attendance occurred within 30 days of the event, and the governing body requires the provider to report credits.

Can I download more than one certificate at a time?

Yes. Export certificates in bulk for any date range, so putting together a renewal packet or responding to an audit takes minutes.

Do I need an account to attend an event?

Yes. Registering with your account ahead of time is the best way to keep everything accurate.

Are certificates of completion free?

Yes. Downloading your certificates is free, individually or in bulk, whenever you need them.

How do I get support?
