Do I need a provider account to get started? You need a CEU Events provider account so your conference can grant credit. If you do not already have one, setup is a one-time $1,000 fee. If your organization is already a CEU Events provider, that fee is waived and you go straight to the conference setup.  What is included in the conference setup fee? The setup covers your first four CEU seminars with **no** limit on attendees. Each seminar comes with a dedicated registration page, an attendance recording guide for on-site staff, a QR event slides, instant certificates, next-business-day credit reporting, and attendee email support during and after the event. How do I add more than four seminars? Additional seminars are $750 each with no cap on the number you can add and no limit on attendees per session. Send us the full agenda and we build the assets for every session on it. Is there a limit on the number of attendees? No. Every seminar supports unlimited attendees, whether it runs in person, as a webinar, or as a hybrid session. How do attendees register on-site? Each seminar has a recording slide with a QR code and a unique event code. Attendees scan or enter the code to register in seconds on their own device. They can also pre-register in advance through the seminar's registration page. Can you run our virtual or hybrid sessions live? Yes. If you would like our staff to manage a virtual session in real time, we offer that as an add-on, priced on request based on your session count and format. Who handles the approval paperwork? Where a course requires approval before it can grant credit, we handle the submittals and paperwork for you. Any fees the governing bodies or the conference organization charge for those approvals are billed to you. Which organizations do you report credits to? Reporting happens automatically by the next business day after the seminar.
