CEU EVENTS FOR INSTRUCTORS
Present your course. The platform handles the rest.
CEU Events keeps your courses in one place, generates registration pages, gives you access to course information and assets, provides attendees with certificates, and gets credits reported to the governing bodies automatically. Your only job on the day is to teach.
BY THE NUMBERS
THE CHALLENGE
The work does not end when the session does.
Presenting the course is the easy part. Everything around it, the coordination before and the reporting after, falls to you and starts over with every event.
The same paperwork every time
Live events run nonstop, in-person lunch and learns and webinars alike, and each one means invitations, course information, food coordination when it is on-site, certificates, and credit reporting. The administrative work starts over every time.
Certificates after the fact
Attendees come back needing a certificate, and there is no simple place to pull it. It is all manual, and it gets harder when someone needs a name change or asks you to resend it.
Manual sign-in sheets
Attendance is captured on printed sheets, then transcribed by hand, with names lost or misread along the way and details missing for credit reporting.
No single record
There is no one place that shows every event you present, everywhere you have presented it, who attended, and where credit reporting stands.
Credit reporting, or the handoff
After you present, you either hand it off to someone or start manually reporting credits for each attendee and governing body that requires them.
A different system per provider
When you present for more than one provider, each one has its own way of running the program. That is one more process to keep straight, for you and for your attendees.
THE SOLUTION
Everything your event needs, in one place.
CEU Events gives you the tools to build a registration page that becomes the record for your event. Attendees have at least three ways to register, so you are ready for anything from a room of eight to thousands joining a webinar remotely. You don't need to enter data by hand. Each attendee profile is linked to their license or membership number, so once they are marked as attended, certificates are available for download and all applicable credits are reported by the next business day.
HOW IT WORKS
From invitation to reported credits.
The provider brings you in, and from there the process is the same for every event you present. Here is how it runs.
1
The provider invites you to their CE program.
For the list of providers on the platform, click here.
2
Access the courses, assets, and credit information.
Everything you need to present is in one place.
3
Schedule your event and send the registration page.
Set up your in-person, webinar, or hybrid CEU event and share the registration page.
4
Give attendees the ways to register, then present.
Attendees register through the options you provide, and you deliver the course.
5
Mark all who stayed for your event as attended.
Once marked, attendees can download their certificates and have their credits reported.
Best Practice
Encourage every attendee to register with their own account. When they register themselves, they own the accuracy of their license and membership numbers, and every credit reports to the right record without you entering anything by hand. The less data you enter for people, the fewer misreads and misreported credits you deal with later.
We live by our tagline:
Educate More. Manage Less.
No. You use one account across every provider you present for on the platform. When a provider adds you to their program, you access their courses from the same account you already use, with the same process each time.
Live formats: in-person and webinar, including hybrid events where you present to a room and a remote audience at the same time.
Attendees register with their account, and their profile is linked to their license or membership number. You do not enter attendee data by hand. After the event, you mark everyone who stayed as attended, and that becomes the record for certificates and reporting.
Through the platform, under the provider's program. Once attendees are marked as attended, applicable credits are reported to the governing bodies that require reporting. You do not report each attendee to each body yourself.
Right away, as long as the attendee registered with their account. As soon as you mark them as attended, their certificate is available for download from that account.
All applicable credits are reported by the next business day after attendees are marked as attended.
