THE CHALLENGE

The administrative load behind a CE program

The course is the easy part. Most of the effort sits in everything that surrounds it.

Manual reporting

Submitting earned credits to AIA, IDCEC, and individual state boards by hand takes staff time and invites errors.

Compliance upkeep

Keeping up with the paperwork, submissions, and renewals required to stay in good standing with each governing body.

Credits attendees need

Attendees look for courses that carry specific association credits and state recognitions. Securing and maintaining those approvals is ongoing work.

Scattered program data

Records spread across events, instructors, sign-in sheets, and spreadsheets, with no single place to see or report on your program.

Certificate chasing

Certificates handled manually, or attendees following up weeks later for a document they already earned.

Audit exposure

An audit can require you to produce attendance records, sign-in sheets, and credit history on demand, often for events from years back.

THE SOLUTION

One platform to run your entire CE program

It manages your courses (in-person, webinars, on-demand, and audio formats) and instructors, generates certificates, reports credits, and keeps your program compliant and audit-ready.

Next-business-day credit reporting
Credits report to AIA, IDCEC, and any applicable governing bodies the next business day.
Seamless compliance
We maintain all required paperwork, submissions, and renewals on your behalf, under your provider accounts.
Automatic certificate generation
Certificates are generated and available to attendees the moment they are marked as attended.
Audit-ready records
Every event, attendee, and credit is retained and retrievable, so you can produce a complete history whenever a governing body asks.
A credentialed audience
Put your courses in front of an audience of 100,000+ registered architecture, engineering, and construction professionals actively seeking and earning credits.
Organized by board and association
Courses are mapped to governing bodies, including licensing boards and associations, so attendees always know a course counts.

THE DIFFERENCE

Three things that set CEU Events apart

CEU Events was built from the ground up around live events, providing tools for every touchpoint, for you to get all three differentiators in one place.

01

One partner

We have delivered continuing education for years and built enterprise software at scale. Now that experience runs one platform: compliance, tools, exposure, and course development under one roof, so you are not stitching together vendors or compromising the ownership and voice of your program.

02

We do not email your attendees

Any promotion we run stays on the platform, never in their inbox. Unlike catalog sites built to push their next advertiser to your audience, our model gives you the voice and ownership of your program.

03

Compliance handled for you

We maintain the paperwork, submissions, and renewals under your accounts. As a bonus, we report credits the next business day and support your instructors and attendees throughout the process.

HOW IT WORKS

We handle all of it for you

Whether you are starting fresh or moving from another process, we manage the setup and onboarding for you.

1

Review and recognition

We review your courses and accounts to make sure everything is up to date, and where applicable, we recognize your courses against each state licensing board's requirements.

2

Account setup

We set up your CEU Events provider account, including your courses and instructors, plus any other provider accounts you may need.

3

Onboarding and go-live

We train and onboard your instructors, and your program goes live for in-person events, webinars, and on-demand courses if you choose.

4

Ongoing renewals

We maintain your renewals. All you need to do is review the information we send you and the reports available to you in real time.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

More than a platform when you need it

Beyond running your program day to day, we can take on the work that sits around it.

  • Course development. Whether you are building a course from scratch, updating an existing one, or need accreditation submissions handled, we do all three.
  • Boosted events. We promote your events on the platform and price it on performance, never a flat fee paid upfront for unknown results.
  • Live webinar hosting. When you or your instructor would rather just show up and present, we co-host and manage the live webinar for you, for a small fee.

PRICING

Let's find the right fit

Pricing depends on the size of your program and the formats of your courses. Book a short demo and we will walk you through it.

We live by our tagline:

Educate More. Manage Less.

What is a CEU Events provider account?

It is your home base for running continuing education on the platform. Your courses, instructors, registrations, certificates, credit reporting, and compliance paperwork all live in one place, managed with you.

Can you move my courses over from another platform or process?

Yes. Whether you are starting fresh or coming from another process, we review your existing courses and accounts, bring them onto the platform, and handle the setup and onboarding for you.

Which organizations do you support?

We recognize and map courses across more than 100 organizations set up on CEU Events, including AIA, IDCEC, state licensing boards, and other industry associations. If you need one we do not already have, we will research it, reach out to them, and where there is a standard or requirement, look into adding it to the platform.

Do you handle renewals and compliance paperwork?

Yes. We maintain the required paperwork, submissions, and renewals under your accounts. All you need to do is review the information and reports we make available to you in real time.

What happens if I am audited?

Every event, attendee, and credit is retained and retrievable, so you can produce a complete history on demand, including events from years back. Actions on the platform are driven by users, so everything is logged. As a best practice, attendees register through their own account and maintain their memberships and licenses in their profile, which ties every record back to the individual.

Whose name appears on the attendee's transcript?

Yours. However a course is approved, when the credit is reported it is your company name that appears on the attendee's transcript, so the recognition goes to your program.

Do you email or market to my attendees?

No. We do not send marketing emails to your attendees. You, your instructors, and your host locations keep the access you need to your attendee information. Ours is not a model built to promote ourselves or an advertiser to your audience.

What course formats are supported?

In-person events, webinars, on-demand video, and audio courses, so you can run your program in whatever formats fit your audience.

How do my instructors get started?

We train and onboard your instructors as part of setup, or whenever you hire a new one, so they are ready to present.

Can I add non-CEU courses and manage them on the platform?

Yes. You can add non-credit courses alongside your accredited ones and manage them from the same account, so your instructors, registrations, attendance, and records all live in one place regardless of whether a course carries credit.

How do I get support?
